Voice Host Line - The phone gets answered. Your people stay with the customer.

The BNAB Voice Host Line picks up when your team can't. It gives callers the facts you've approved, captures the calls that need a person, and never invents an answer.

What it does

  • Answers the line. Hours, location, parking, directions, today's events, order status and return policy, and the questions callers ask every day.
  • Captures leads. A party, a first appointment, a room hold, a bulk order: it takes the name, date, size of the ask, and a callback number, then hands it to a person.
  • Escalates to a human. Complaints, upset callers, and emergencies go to a person, not into another loop.
  • Texts a booking link on consent. If you already use a booking link (OpenTable, Square, Acuity, etc.), the line can text it after the caller agrees.
  • Respects your book. Your reservation list, appointment book, or notebook at the desk stays the record. The line does not compete with it.

What it never does

The refusals are the product. This is the list we hold the line to.

Never invents availability

If it doesn't know whether you can take someone, it says so.

Never quotes a price

If it wasn't given the price, it doesn't say one.

Never changes a fact

Hours, address, and event details come only from what you've approved.

Never traps a caller

Anyone who needs a human gets one without having to prove it.

Who it's for

  • Restaurants and venues
  • Salons and studios
  • Clinics and offices
  • Retail shops
  • Online stores

Any business where the person at the front is often already with a customer. That includes the e-commerce shop where the person who answers the phone is also the one packing orders.

How it fits

It runs on its own. You do not need any other BNAB product. If you already use BNAB's POS or time tracking, it can sit inside that system, but it doesn't require it.
